About us

There is someone behind the name.

A by-appointment studio in Coral Gables, built for one person or for two.

The studio

Where every visit starts the same way.

Galena Spa is a by-appointment studio in Coral Gables, for anyone who wants to improve how their scalp, hair and skin look and feel.

Galena is a woman's name, and the emblem says so: there is a face at the center. A spa that carries a person's name promises what Galena promises, that someone is behind it and not an establishment. It sounds the same in both languages: ga-LE-na.

Every visit starts with an evaluation, so the protocol and the products are chosen for you and not for everyone. Come once, or follow a program over several sessions. Most of our experiences are built for two, because the hour is better when it is shared.

What guides us

Mission and vision.

Mission

At Galena Spa, our mission is to create a unique wellness experience, where every detail is designed to take care of, renew and enhance the beauty of our customers.

We offer personalized treatments with high quality, organic and vegan products, in an elegant, serene and welcoming environment. We believe that true luxury is in feeling good, taking care of yourself and giving yourself a moment for yourself.

Vision

Our vision is to turn Galena Spa into a benchmark of well-being and beauty in Coral Gables, recognized for its elegance, personalized attention and excellence in each experience.

We aspire to create a space where our customers can disconnect from the world, reconnect with themselves and leave feeling renewed, balanced and special.

How we work

Three things that do not change.

  1. Evaluation first

Every service on the menu starts with a scalp or skin evaluation. It is how the protocol gets chosen for you.

  2. A plan, not a one-off

Programs of three or six sessions, with comparison photos at every visit, are the center of what we do.

  3. Products with a name

We name what we use: Larimide, ARETÉ, BioPen, PDRN, dermaplaning. You always know what is being applied.

The products

We name what we use.

So you know what goes on your skin and on your scalp.

ARETÉ products for hair and scalp

LARIMIDE × GALENA SPA

Facials and skincare

A professional skincare line from Spain, vegan and organic. It is what we use in facials: cleansing, exfoliation, mask and finishing care, chosen for your skin.

ARETÉ × GALENA SPA

Hair and scalp care

A professional line for hair and scalp, with botanical ingredients, oils and plant-based butters in selected formulas. It is what we use in head spa.

Your first visit

What happens when you arrive.

  1. We know your name

You are already in the agenda, so nobody asks at the door.

  2. A drink

    Always, without exception.

  3. The service, out loud

We confirm what you booked and how long it takes.

  4. The evaluation

Scalp or skin, before anything is applied. Then we ask about pressure and areas to avoid.

Nothing is sold before your session.
