30% deposit
Head Spa Galena, Massage, Gentlemen and Programs are held with a 30% deposit. The two celebrations are the exception.
50% deposit
The Birthday Experience Royal and Royal Besties Escape are held with 50%, booked at least 48 hours ahead.
24 hours to change
Changes need 24 hours' notice, 48 on the two celebrations. The deposit moves to the new date once.
15 minutes
There is a 15-minute grace period. After that the service may be shortened, so the next guest is not affected.

What is a head spa?
A head spa is a care session for the scalp and hair, done lying down, that combines a scalp wash and massage with steam. At Galena Spa in Coral Gables every head spa starts with a scalp evaluation, so the products are chosen for your scalp, and it includes a hydrating mask and aromatherapy. It ends with a light dry, so you do not leave with wet hair.
How much does a head spa cost at Galena Spa, and how long does it take?
Essential Escape lasts 80 minutes and costs $120 for one person or $220 for two. The Royal Experience VIP lasts 90 minutes and costs $220 for one person or $380 for two; it adds a facial, a shoulder, arm and foot massage, and paraffin. Four Hands Galena is 60 minutes with two therapists at once, $240 for one person. Prices are in US dollars.
Will my hair be styled after a head spa?
No. A head spa at Galena Spa ends with a light dry, so you do not leave with wet hair. It is not a professional blowout or a styling service. If you have plans right after, count on finishing your hair yourself.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Galena Spa works by appointment only, because there is one room and one appointment at a time. Regular services can be booked the same day, subject to availability. The two celebrations need 48 hours' notice. You can book online through Booksy or by WhatsApp at 786-717-3468.
Is there a deposit, and can I change my appointment?
Yes to both. Most services are held with a 30% deposit. The Birthday Experience Royal and Royal Besties Escape are held with 50%. Changes need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours on those two celebrations, and the deposit moves to the new date once. There is a 15-minute grace period if you run late.
Can two people come together?
Yes. Most experiences on the menu have a price for two people, and the studio has two beds in the same room. Royal Besties Escape is built for two friends: 90 minutes, $290 for both. Essential Escape for two is $220.
Is there a head spa for men?
Yes. The Gentleman Ritual is a head spa and a facial after a scalp evaluation. It lasts 70 minutes and costs $100 for one person or $190 for two.
Where is Galena Spa, and when is it open?
Galena Spa is at 123 Madeira Ave, Suite 100, Coral Gables, FL 33134, next to Miami. It is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Mondays it opens by appointment only.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. The team works in Spanish and in English, in the room and on WhatsApp. This website is available in both languages too.
